Yesterday I posted a close up picture of an item that I had spotted on ShopGoodwill.com. Then I gave you the chance to ponder over what it could possibly be. And today I’m here to reveal the answer.
It’s a baby piano!

I couldn’t resist taking a picture of this miniature grand piano with it’s color coded piano keys. It even came with a matching piano bench (which I unfortunately did not get a picture of) that was kid sized.
Thanks for your guesses and don’t forget to check back next Wednesday for another “What is it?” guessing opportunity.
It happens, without fail, that every time I visit the ShopGoodwill department I find cool stuff. The last time I went down to visit I took my camera because I figured why not share some of my interesting finds. But what fun would it be if I just showed you the cool stuff I came across?
And with that What is it Wednesday was born. I’m giving you a chance to get involved and take a guess at ”What is it?”

Leave your guesses as a comment below and I’ll be back tomorrow to give you the answer.
A lot of people love shopping at Goodwill for the thrill of the hunt. Though it takes some work, you just never know what you are going to find inside a Goodwill store. Others, much like myself, prefer easier methods of shopping. Like being able to shop while sitting on my couch wearing pajamas. If you one of those people who is more inclined to do your shopping online then you should know that you don’t have to sacrifice finding great Goodwill deals for convenience.
That’s where ShopGoodwill.com comes in. ShopGoodwill.com is the first and only online auction site operated by a nonprofit organization. The items being sold on ShopGoodwill.com have been selected from the donations of Goodwill’s all across the country so who knows what you are going to find. You are almost guaranteed to get that “thrill of the hunt” feeling while shopping from home.
Today is a special day because ShopGoodwill.com is celebrating it’s 10th anniversary. They say diamonds are always a good gift item for a 10th anniversary so after a quick search of diamonds on ShopGoodwill.com I came across a beautiful diamond engagement ring currently selling for $80 (though I have a feeling that will change soon). You can find details and pictures here. Now for those of you who may be looking to purchase something a little less committing don’t worry, ShopGoodwill.com is also featuring a Pink 4GB Apple iPod mini currently selling for $31. Visit the auction site for more details.
With over 165 categories of items to choose from it is a good bet that you will find something to peak your interest on ShopGoodwill.com. And the best part of all is that you are still supporting Goodwill’s mission of helping put people back to work in your community. That’s a win-win for everyone.
